This project was focused on the optimization of the ROI (return on investment) of a residential tower in relation to design and environmental considerations. Through its development five computational techniques were explored including Single Objective Optimization (SOO), Multi-Objective Optimization (MOO), Un-Supervised Machine-Learning (UML), Supervised Machine-Learning (SML) and Generative Deep-Learning (GDL)
